Time for another update

New features:

• Added a plot control (OxyPlot) for EGs, simple oscillators and LFOs
• Start phase supported on voice oscillators
• Amplitude for voice oscillators are now activated
• Randomize start phrase on LFOs
• More supported types for the undo system
• Possible to set time constant on EGs
• Added custom open program parameters for the supported export types
• Famitracker settings can now be edited
• Added more settings for tracker export formats

Bugfixes:

• Fixed unique ID dropdown bug
• Preventing tracker note oscillations with length constraints
