Update and New Video Tutorial

Hello!

Time for another update. Also, there is a new video tutorial available.

Added features:

• The visualizer can now show frequency and time plots
• Visualizer settings can be modified
• Possible to add a DC blocker filter (useful for physical simulation and multiply oscillator combine mode)

Bugfixes:

• Paste and duplicate not adding at correct list index when used from context menu
